So last night we put BraeLynn in her big girl bed. We needed her out of the crib by the time the baby gets here, but we didn't want her to have to deal with the change of a baby and a bed at the same time and have her wondering why this new little person gets to sleep in what was her bed. So we did the switcheroo. She loved it, right after Josh set it up (which took FOREVER) she was playing on it. I was nervous that she would fall out or climb out in the middle of the night, but she never did. She started out at the top and by morning she was at the foot of her bed, but she never fell out. I can't believe my little baby is out of her crib!!!!

Cute new bed! :) We did the very same thing with Bugaboo... We got her a booster seat so that Madi could have the high chair, just so that she would see it as the baby's and not hers. Bailey did awesome with her new bed for the first few months and then it became a nightmare! Now we read to her every night and she does just fine. Hope you guys are doing well! :)
yah we got kyler a twin bed a while ago and have had it in storage. i changed the crib over already but we are gunna put sister in a bassinet in our room for a couple months, so i got ahead of myself cuz your mom will sleep in kyler's bed and he'll be back in the crib. but oh well...kids are versatile. have fun. the bed is way cute.
It makes Grandma sad too!
